Solid, Robust Design Trace Affex`s patented robotic 300-disc autoloader is a heavy duty, industrial grade system incorporating built-in autoloader intelligence that minimizes customer intervention. Having been built to industrial grade specifications, preventive and corrective maintenance downtimes are minimized. The autoloader automatically detects when CDs have been loaded or unloaded, then recalibrates before switching into the high-speed robotics mode. The autoloader inhibits the robotic mechanism from moving anytime an access door has been opened to ensure operator safety. The system comes configured with two 150-disc input and output hoppers that can be software selected and linked to specific CD-R writers permitting two separate duplication jobs to be run simultaneously, while ensuring CDs are not mixed. Left/right hopper control directs the robotics to feed CDs from the designated input hopper to the pre-selected CD-R writers and then once duplicated they are removed and stacked in the designated output hopper. The system is also equipped with a separate reject drawer where failed CDs are stored for removal independent of operations.
