Les has been the lead designer/developer on numerous interactive multimedia products to include: Flexible Spending Accounts Training (CD-based training), Obligation Adjustment Reporting System (Web-based training), ALEX™ - Advanced Lumber Grader`s Exercises (13 CD set), Waterlink® Hycor® Virtual Technical Sales Manual, the United States Air Forces in Europe`s 50th Anniversary Commemorative CD-ROM, Local Area Network Test System (weighted scoring, case-study based), the Air Force`s Senior Noncommissioned Officer Course (application level, 2 CD set), Space Systems Journeyman Course (CBT version), and the Meteorological and Navigation Systems Journeyman Course (CBT version). Additionally, Les is a Senior Member of the Society for Applied Learning Technology (SALT), has been published in the Journal of Interactive Instruction Development, is a featured speaker at education and training conferences, and is the current Chair of SALT`s Special Interest Group on Instructional Design (SIG-ID).
