Powerful print workflow automation and management

:Apogee X is the most powerful and automated packaging production workflow solution on the market. Based on PDF, JDF, and Digital Film, it puts more control and more advanced capabilities at your fingertips. It is the first JDF based solution with integrated color management, screening and proofing.

: ApogeeX offers fully integrated and automated handling of all tasks and processes in the production chain to maximize productivity and improve overall delivery times. With its standards based operation, :ApogeeX guarantees connectivity to all front-end and back end processes and to maximize approval and communication cycles.

For computer-to-plate, we offer a choice between visible light and thermal imaging. Both are engineered for quality with scalable automation. Agfa's CtP solutions also let you maintain consistency as you grow with a variety of sizes (from 30 to 80-inches wide), speeds (from 10 to 26 plates/hour), and automation configurations (manual, semi automatic and fully automatic).

The :Sherpa proofing system for packaging is the next generation piezo-electric inkjet-based proofing solution. In a wide range of configurations in software hardware and proofing media, it brings quality and reliability for the most demanding applications, including remote proofing.

Thousands of CTP and CTF systems run Agfa's AM :ABS screening and FM :CristalRaster technology. Recently, Agfa launched :Sublima XM screening, a breakthrough technology for both offset and flexo printing, perfectly combining the advantages of AM and FM screening. :Sublima XM brings unknown image detail, color strength, smooth tints and ink saving to both offset and flexo printers. :Sublima screened films, offer the flexo industry unequalled quality levels even up to 154 lpi for corrugated and 212 lpi for flexibles!
