Sunrise Packaging, Incorporated is a solutions oriented, creative design packaging company. As promotional merchandise suppliers, our goal is to listen to our customers, focus on their requirements and deliver a quality package (we specialise in the promotional marketing product) within the timeframe agreed. This has been our passion since our company was founded over 22 years ago. Our vision is to delight our customers by consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations in terms of creative package design, quality, and timely performance.
Our company began in the winter of 1982 in a small barn in rural Minnesota. We`ve moved several times since then to larger and more modern facilities. Our current main production facility and corporate headquarters are located in Blaine, MN. The Blaine facility is supported by a second production plant about 150 miles from the Twin Cities in the farming community of Olivia. This small Midwest community boosts a strong work ethic and is critical to our long-term success.
Our multi-media packaging solutions consist of CD packaging, DVD packaging, video packaging, audio packaging, training materials & literature. Our office supply consists of standard and custom binders (any size, any material) multimedia trays & folders.
Audio Packaging, Video Packaging
Audio packaging capacities range from one to forty-eight cassettes. Video packaging capacities range from one to eight cassettes. This includes literature trays, pockets, and ring mechanisms to store your printed materials. Storage albums are available for compact discs and interactive laser discs. Over forty audio packaging and video packaging products are in stock and available for immediate delivery.
CD Packaging, DVD Packaging
Media packaging is available for all formats including Zip Disks, 3.5" Floppies, Data cartridges, literature trays, pockets and ring mechanisms as well CD packaging and DVD packaging, to store printed materials. We also have E-Z Flex packaging for low cost, 4 color printing, SBS-style cover and rigid tray design.
When ChartHouse Learning launched The FISH! Philosophy®, it partnered with us to create video packaging and DVD packaging that reflected both the whimsical and the soulful nature of the FISH! brand. Our team of designers developed custom packaging that used wrong-reading five-color printing on clear vinyl with a white underlay. The process captured the bright and bold message that ChartHouse wanted to communicate to its customers. The company was so pleased with the custom packaging that it has continued to leverage our solution in subsequent product releases.
When Recorded Books, the premier publisher of audio books since 1979, entered the CD market it came to us for CD packaging we created a CD packaging product that can handle the robust life of an item in constant circulation. As a result of this collaboration, it was melded into our stock product catalog. It is now available at all times, so the staff at Recorded Books no longer has to worry about managing inventory. We do it for them.

When a leading consumer products company needed a retail package for its professional dental whitening system, we were consulted. Our design team dipped into its ideas for turned edge products and turned out a rigid box presentation kit that showcased the whitening system to consumers and was also easy to display and store in a dental office. Following its successful launch, Sunrise Packaging, Incorporated was commissioned to design the second generation of turned edged products for this presentation kit.
