Twinlock Cleaner
Polymount International offers a special cleaner to clean the Twinlock Sleeve. This friendly Twinlock Cleaner is based on carbon hydrates and isopropanol. Normally you can clean the Twinlock Sleeve with products such as ethyl acetate or isopropanol (available for almost every flexo printer). However, for long runs or when the plates are very dirty we advise you to use our cleaner.
Mounting Rollers
Mounting on the Twinlock Sleeve is easier and quicker when using a mounting roller. You no longer need your hands to secure the plate to the adhesive. Air bubbles between plate and sleeve are history when using the mounting roller. Use the roller from left to right during mounting. This product has also been developed by us and is used all over the world by flexo printers.
Polywash 1000
Polywash 1000 is suitable to wash water, solvent and UV inks. It is a friendly water-based cleaner developed to be used with the Polymount Plate Cleaner. The odour is very low and the flash point is above 75 C
Polywash 3000
Polywash 3000 is for all types of ink and is a more aggressive cleaner. It cleans fast and extremely well. While it is a solvent, it is also water soluble. The odour is very low and the flash point is above 75 C. This cleaner can also be used to pre-spray when using a friendlier cleaner.
